- Changing bed sheets
- Laundry
- Dishwashing
- Cleaning bathroom and kitchen
- Emptying trash
Personal Care Aide
Our Personal Care Aides are available to help with providing continuity of care for patients recovering from hospitalization in the comfort of their homes. This includes:
- Mobility assistance
- Bedside care
- Medication reminders
- Picking up prescription medication
- Accompanying the client to medical appointment
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Fall prevention
- Record keeping
- Environmental care
- Personal care including :
- Meal preparation and planning
- Elderly care
